I`ve always wanted Stephanie and Philip to get together ONLY IF Phloe was not happening, and ONLY IF Chloe was not on the show. I do think they have chemistry, and I even liked the old Stephanie more(red head) with JKJ. If Shelley and JKJ are dating, they sure are a cute couple. He always said he thought she is good looking and wanted scenes with her, and I find them sweet together. Plus, it would mean an end to Max and Steph and that would be a good thing bc I think they`re creepy together, even if they`re not blood related. But I don`t think it will happen, and as far as Melanie goes she`s only 17 not even an adult and not suitable for Philip at all, of course he could have a physical attraction towards her but IMO the writers won`t let it get far.
